Answers, before you ask
How fast is delivery?
Nairobi and Mombasa are next-day on orders placed before 3pm. Everywhere else in Kenya lands within 72 hours. Combo boxes ship the same day they're ordered.
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders over KSh 5,000. Below that it's KSh 350 standard, or KSh 750 for same-day within Nairobi.
Can I return something?
Yes — 30 days on unused goods in their original packaging. Combo boxes must come back complete, with every piece included.
Do you do bulk and trade pricing?
We do. Cookpots, institutional casseroles and carton quantities of milk cans all have published trade tiers. Send the quantity on WhatsApp and we'll come back within the hour.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, Airtel Money, or cash on delivery in Nairobi and Mombasa for orders under KSh 30,000.
